We are committed to making a difference in our clients’ lives. We have successfully represented clients before all levels of New Hampshire’s state courts. We also represent clients in federal court matters including the United States District Court in Concord, New Hampshire and the United States District Court and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, Massachusetts. We also are admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

Our firm has significant experience handling employment, business, construction, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, land use and zoning matters. In addition to success in jury trials and appeals, we also have successfully represented our clients in mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations.

Working With Our Clients

No two cases have the same facts. No two clients have the same objective. We identify the legal issues that are central to each case and present our clients with a range of options to resolve their dispute. Our goal is achieving your goal in a way that makes financial and emotional sense for you and your family.
